Each guest will be served both Dijon glazed chicken breast with mango salsa and braised beef short rib with red wine demi glaze.
These will be paired with herb roasted red ski potatoes, a seasonal vegetable medley, and a classic Caesar salad. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available. Please list any dietary restrictions or preferences below.
